Cash by arrangement.
Cash transactions are available only by prior agreement. Because both cash and bullion are high-value items, arrangements are made individually rather than through an ordinary postal service.

| Collection | Where collection of cash is agreed, it will be handled through an appropriate insured courier or secure collection arrangement. |

Delivery.
Once cleared payment has been confirmed, your bullion is prepared for secure tracked delivery.
| Tracking | A tracked delivery service is used and tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched. |
| Signature | Delivery will require confirmation at the destination where the selected service provides this. |
| Insurance | The delivery method is selected according to the value of the bullion and the level of transit cover required. |
| Higher-value orders | Orders exceeding standard postal compensation limits may be sent using additional specialist insurance or an appropriately insured courier. |
| Packaging | Orders are packaged discreetly. The exterior does not advertise the contents as bullion. |
Tracked delivery protects both sides of the transaction. Your order remains our responsibility until it reaches you in accordance with your legal rights.
When does my gold ship?

| Cash through ordinary mail | We will not ask you to post cash to us using an ordinary postal service. |
| Unconfirmed payments | We do not ask you to transfer money before the coin, price and order number have been confirmed. |
| Anonymous deliveries | We do not deliberately structure transactions to avoid legal identification or record-keeping requirements. |
| Hidden delivery risk | We do not treat handing an order to a postal operator as automatically transferring all delivery risk to you. |
